As an instructor at SahLan Academy, you will guide and inspire students to become skilled, confident, and professional nail technicians. Instructors also serve as mentors and role models—supporting students as they prepare for state board exams, while promoting professionalism, creativity, and continuous growth. Responsibilities include:  

Instruction & Curriculum

> Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet course objectives.

> Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.

> Integrate practical and theoretical learning when appropriate.

Classroom Management

> Maintain a positive, respectful, and organized learning environment.

> Enforce school rules, safety, and professional standards.

> Manage time and materials effectively during class sessions.

Student Support

> Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and participation.

> Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to help students succeed.

> Encourage student confidence, professionalism, and personal growth.

Record Keeping

> Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and performance records.

> Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Professional Conduct

> Serve as a role model for professionalism and ethical behavior.

> Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

> Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.

School Contribution

> Support school programs, events, and initiatives.

> Collaborate with fellow instructors to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
